How to Refuse a PayPal Payment

  PayPal makes it easy to receive payments, even enabling your business to simply accept credit cards online without the effort of opening a merchant account with a bank. Sometimes that ease could also be a drag , however. If you've run out of stock or otherwise got to refuse payment, how you are doing it depends on where the payment originated. In any case, you'll only refuse -- or more accurately, refund -- a payment after it's made, and only within 60 days of the payment date. Sign in to your PayPal account and click on the "My Account" tab. If you do not see the payment on the "My Account" page, click "History" and appearance for the payment in your History.
